Nick Tarrant is an award-winning, multi-skilled journalist with a desire to tell stories and serve the Central Texas community and beyond. He currently serves as Morning Producer for KCEN Channel 6 Texas Today in Temple, TX.
He started his career as a news reporter at The Shorthorn, UT Arlington's daily, award-winning student news agency. This led him to join the multimedia desk and later close out his collegiate career as the first-ever podcast producer for the publication to produce The Shorthorn Round Up, a daily podcast.
